Terms and conditions

Demo text: sample content for the Kukkatoimitus demo webshop, not the published terms of Helsingin Kukkatoimitus Oy.

1. Who can order

The webshop is for business customers: florists, funeral homes, garden centres, landscapers and event organisers.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT, per stem for cut flowers and per pot for plants. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed.

3. Delivery

Orders are delivered on the customer’s delivery route. Flowers and plants are perishable: check the delivery on arrival and report any quality issue to customer service without delay.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per trade account.
